Fittings
Fittings are scheduled chapters: muslin or basted try-on, refinement, and final check. Wear similar underlayers to what you will use with the finished garment.
We mark changes in chalk and notes you can see. If something feels wrong when you sit or reach, say so immediately — comfort is data.
Between fittings we sew; you live your week. Rush fees are rare because haste shows in the seams.
Remote photo fittings are only for minor tweaks after we already know your stand. First meetings are in person.
Cancel with notice so another client can use the room. Reykjavik evenings fill when the light is good for colour decisions.
Wear stable shoes to fittings if hem length matters. Bring the belt or layer you will use with the piece. We photograph pinned states only with permission for our workroom notes. If travel interrupts the schedule, we pause rather than rush a final stitch you will regret.
